Terms and conditions

1. The service

RadarIA measures how often AI assistants (such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini or Claude) mention your product or brand when answering relevant purchase questions, and computes a Share of Voice (SoV) indicator alongside competitors, cited sources and recommended actions.

Measurements are statistical observations of the answers AI models generate at a given moment. The models are probabilistic: the same prompt can produce different answers. That is why results are presented with confidence bands and must be read as trends, not as exact figures. RadarIA does not guarantee positions, mentions or commercial results.

2. Account and access

To use the service you need an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. If you use RadarIA on behalf of a company or agency, you represent that you have authority to bind it to these terms.

3. Plans, pricing and billing

RadarIA offers a free trial (sample measurement) and paid monthly subscription plans: Brand and Agency, with the product limits and measurement cadence described on the billing page. Current prices are always shown before payment.

Subscriptions renew automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the application; the plan stays active until the end of the period already paid and no further charges are made.

Payments in Colombia are processed in Colombian pesos (COP) through Wompi (Bancolombia). International payments are processed in dollars (USD) through Paddle, which acts as Merchant of Record: the transaction, the invoice and any applicable taxes are handled by Paddle, and its buyer terms (paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms) apply to those transactions.

We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; the change applies from your next renewal.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use RadarIA for illegal activities, to attempt to artificially manipulate the results of AI assistants, to resell access to the service without authorization, or to overload or interfere with the service's infrastructure.

Plans have limits on monitored products and measurement frequency. Use that reasonably exceeds those limits may be suspended.

5. Your data and content

The brand, product and competitor names and the prompts you configure remain yours. You grant us a limited license to process them for the sole purpose of providing the service (running measurements, computing metrics and generating recommendations).

The reports and metrics generated for your account are for your use; you may share them with your clients, including reports under your own brand on the Agency plan.

6. Intellectual property

The software, the design, the measurement methodology and the RadarIA brand belong to its operator. These terms do not transfer any right over them beyond using the service under your plan.

7. Availability and warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We depend on third-party APIs (AI model providers) that may change, limit or interrupt their service; we make reasonable efforts to keep measurements running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RadarIA's total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim. RadarIA is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or data loss.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, with notice where reasonable. After termination you may request the deletion of your data under the privacy policy.

9. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. International purchases processed by Paddle are additionally governed by Paddle's buyer terms.

We may update these terms; if the change is substantial we will announce it in the application or by email with reasonable notice. The date of the last update appears at the top of this page.
